saco bath house

The Saco Lake Bath House is located on a site adjacent to Saco Lake in Carroll, New Hampshire. My project focuses on modular systems, an open circulation path, and the topography of the site. The modular system consists of a diamond at different scales, with different meanings behind each scale. The programmatic elements also follow a grid-like system. The interior includes 3 pools (hot, warm, cold) and 3 rooms (sauna, steam room, relaxation room). The uniqueness of each element allows for an open floor plan where everyone can decide their own sequence while enjoying the beautiful views.
